Vantaggi
-First week of training session gives you the impression you are getting the best job of your life - Payment is more or less fair
Svantaggi
- During training, got several times bullied by one of the trainers (simulated punches and other violent things) - Never reported for fear of losing the job - The Team Leaders have 0 idea about the way the business is run, and what work we actually do. They only look at times and performance. They cant take a call themselves. - Your "Manager" will treat you like you dont exist, also totaly unaware of what is your work and only worried if you are gonna be late or not. One anual performance meeting is what u get with him - New services launch everyday, no training for such products or tool. We spent over a year without a coaching, guessing what to answer to people - The nearly force you to buy their stocks (which i havent) and felt like that made them really angry (the stocks are removed from your paycheck, 100 dollar) - The remote support program they use, for many months, didnt have enough licenses for the amount of agents working, making your call time much higher, but never taking that in account ( you had to wait until someone left the program for u to go in) - The language i worked on was always english, but after then end of my two year visa, due to me not knowing french, they decided not to renew with me (the position was still needed and i could fill it up perfectly) - Due to my type of visa, i dont have access to RAMQ, i have a private insurance.. In the last month of work i broke my leg and got cirurgy. Was told by team leader CGI would pay the sick leave, first 5 days by CGI, remaining by their insurance company. On the last 16th, when i was suppose to receive my paycheck, i got a 0 dollar paycheck. And my work visa terminated, making me a tourist. By mistake of my team leader, i was mislead to believe i would get payed for the sick leave. With all my medical expenses, ubers, house to pay, bills, food you can imagine im more than angry with this company, - They could never get my name right and made me work two years under my second name (which i dont recognize as me) and one of my middle names was also wrong. - The higher the hierarchy the more you will hear "thats not with us" - They have an open door policy at the office, meaning you can go to a director and expose a problem for example. Lies. its open by highly encrypted, You arent even allowed to contact HR directly. - The quality of the overall work they deliver is ridicously bad and the lack of training of agents is something you would see in the police force of India - It was hard not to use curse words, but im a polite person
