Salary slightly above average. Good co-workers.

weak health care and 401k benefits. Only the bare minimum are offered. The product offerings have a lack of focus. Consequently, there are constants revisions and rework to the products. Management is completely inept.

Some good coworkers. Good coworkers were one of the few good things about working at CH Mack. Good industry. Health care IT is a growing market. Good technology. Pay and benefits were okay.

Long, long hours are a way of life. You can go months without having a weekend off. Little cooperation between departments. No one wants to take ownership of anything. Very few new sales. It's depressing to work so hard and to have no one buy your product. Very few happy customers. Ugly, dated offices. (Hello 1980's.) There is a new crisis everyday.
