Huge company. Questionable business practices regarding their definition of salaried employees and paid time off guidelines. Communications issues. Information does not get down to the "little people" who are the ones actually doing the work. Management needs to properly communicate, manage, and support their staff. Very top-heavy in high-up management and overhead people, which makes bidding/winning jobs very expensive. Most qualified people and teams don't always (or even often) get the work they would be best suited for because it is hoarded.
