CHA offers competitive compensation and benefits to our team members and we’re glad you were happy with those offerings. We hear you regarding communication becoming more challenging as we continue to grow as an organization. Now more than ever, it's important for us to ensure our communication is timely and relevant. Seeing a pattern of addressing only the pros and rarely having any accountibiloty to comments in Cons section, Pros will not be listed here.

-Hyper critical work culture to point that compromises employee personal and office morale -Almost no field support and field between on-site field team is almost impossible -Field supervisors are spread very thin in responsibility which causes the above issues -Employee personal dislikes are apparent on teams which lead to discordant team dynamics. Ex. Team member will laugh and joke with some team members, but other get professional, but near frigid responses. -Favoritism is rampant creating a less than ideal work environment.
