      Thank you for your feedback, and I am happy to learn that you are taking advantage of the opportunities our growing business has to offer. Working from home or the ability to flex and work remotely or a hybrid schedule really depends on the work you are doing. It is true, some groups are less flexible due to the type of work the team is responsible for. If you want to discuss with someone other than your manager - reach out to your HR Business Partner. They can be an excellent sounding board to help you navigate all sorts of challenges you may have.

      Seeing a pattern of addressing only the pros and rarely having any accountibiloty to comments in Cons section, Pros will not be listed here.

      -Hyper critical work culture to point that compromises employee personal and office morale -Almost no field support and field between on-site field team is almost impossible -Field supervisors are spread very thin in responsibility which causes the above issues -Employee personal dislikes are apparent on teams which lead to discordant team dynamics. Ex. Team member will laugh and joke with some team members, but other get professional, but near frigid responses. -Favoritism is rampant creating a less than ideal work environment.
