      Thank you for your feedback, and we couldn’t agree with you more – CHA is a place where opportunities are plentiful, and we are on an amazing grow trajectory! We are so glad you are a part of the CHA team! Learning and Development or training is something we are constantly working on. In late 2022 CHA hired its first Learning and Development Manager. Since joining, she has been hard at work developing a culture of learning at CHA. She is working as hard as she can as fast as she can so expect good things in the future relative to training.

      Seeing a pattern of addressing only the pros and rarely having any accountibiloty to comments in Cons section, Pros will not be listed here.

      -Hyper critical work culture to point that compromises employee personal and office morale -Almost no field support and field between on-site field team is almost impossible -Field supervisors are spread very thin in responsibility which causes the above issues -Employee personal dislikes are apparent on teams which lead to discordant team dynamics. Ex. Team member will laugh and joke with some team members, but other get professional, but near frigid responses. -Favoritism is rampant creating a less than ideal work environment.
