Thank you for your comments, and I agree! CHA has great office cultures; each office having its own distinct culture; and we embrace those differences and diversity. I’m sorry to learn you feel compensation for women needs to be address. We take very seriously fair pay for our employees regardless of gender or any other protected class. If you feel you are seeing a lack of fairness in pay, I urge you to share those concerns with me or your HR Business Partner.

Seeing a pattern of addressing only the pros and rarely having any accountibiloty to comments in Cons section, Pros will not be listed here.

-Hyper critical work culture to point that compromises employee personal and office morale -Almost no field support and field between on-site field team is almost impossible -Field supervisors are spread very thin in responsibility which causes the above issues -Employee personal dislikes are apparent on teams which lead to discordant team dynamics. Ex. Team member will laugh and joke with some team members, but other get professional, but near frigid responses. -Favoritism is rampant creating a less than ideal work environment.
