Low pay across the board. This company doesn't value employees. They aren't considerate of professional backgrounds that may add value. They are more concerned about billing than genuinely helping clients. The CEO sends out emails that make assumptions about political stances. Upper leadership will make drastic changes even if it is not in the best interest of the company overall and this leads to very high turnover.
