      Overall, the nurses come last to this company. The majority of changes to save money, effect nurses negatively, and are feedback is rarely utilized.

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
