Many of the employees are great professionals.

The environment is toxic due to mismanagement, apathy towards the employees and lack of corporate funding to meet regulatory requirements. The financial situation appears to be unstable and the employees are paying the price for the mismanagement through lack of funding and burdened with more work to cut costs. Too many old cronies have been hired who are in over their heads for the positions they hold. NOT all employees are treated equally and HR is pro-management only and is of no assistance for real HR problem resolution. Upper Management does not want to address the major problems. Core values are ignored - they talk a good game but they do not practice them. It appears corporate is divesting itself of US properties.

PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
