Bad management & will not adapt to change to work from hone - Recensione dipendente - Information Technology presso CHRISTUS Health

Unethical behavior by management even after so many attempts of multiple people reported to Human Resources and no actions were ever taken by HR. Retaliation then happened and HR was informed and did nothing about it after it was reported by multiple sources. There’s no accountability of unethical behavior and actions taken my management. Working from home also is not an option once Covid is resolved and majority of the reason everyone is leaving now as other companies offer more flexibility and work from home, along with better management!! Also women are not treated or paid the same in information technology and did not receive the same opportunities as the men.
