Good culture, flexible hours for associates, new building relocated in 2012, benefits are OK, health insurance could be better, 403b matching up to 2.5%, profit sharing [success sharing] is minimal for associates but gets larger at the system director level

Below pay as a non-profit provider in the DFW metroplex, not a good mentor program, not a lot of attention paid to career tracks which would be helpful,

PTO and health benefits....friendly and helpful front desk staff

Low pay, no growth opportunities, poor and unprofessional leadership who are very laxed, unhelpful, uncaring, nonchalant and even disrespectful at times.... only in a leadership position for the title and money, showing favoritism to certain associates. What's really disturbing is most don't know anything, not even their job, and can't provide any answers. They use the team leads to do their jobs for them while they sit at their desk and relax.
