I had the experience of both Associate and Leadership role with Christus. In my experience, Christus takes care of their leadership and will provide opportunities for training to hone their skills for improvement. I say all that to also say that in my case, they did not pay me for what all I was worth and what was asked of me. They kept piling up the workload with no raise/little to no recognition. Benefits are decent; PTO package and such.
