Honestly, this is probably the best entry level job you can have. The skills are super transferable, I use the skills I've developed here at every job I've worked at since. The benefits are also pretty amazing.

I found that my position was getting paid a little more at other banks, but realistically, it's so hard to get a position at a bank. It's worth it just to get the experience.
