The company has a flat structure with senior leaders who are very supportive and approachable. Training academy for someone with vast industry experience (not sector - Visas/Immigration) was brilliant. Communication is the best experienced within ANY size business with regular updates right from the top via town hall meetings. A real focus on employees mental health which is fantastic, looking at ways to deal with stress at work/life.

Joined within a pandemic so not had opportunity to meet all colleagues face to face or been in a busy office environment. However this is not a con by any means. The times visited the office, team members schedule so enables use to have constructive meetings etc.

The people I worked for and with were great - no complaints at all

Management is not really there to bat for you - they are just as powerless as the rest of employees (non management). Not transparency and loyalty means nothing. All for profit companies are similar in that they are there to make money, profit, grow and stay in business, but there are those that know how to take care of their employees and then there is CIBT. Sorry to say that they are poorly managed at the highest level - there is no human side to this organization. Maybe they care but they have a funny way of showing it.
