- Micromanagement (mostly controlled by toxic CBO) - Lack of stability (many employees were just fired because client didn’t have enough tasks) - Most projects won’t help you to grow - Work methodology depends on client so you just wait when client has time to respond your question and company doesn’t regulate anything. - They promise that there is a flexibility but this flexibility works only for client, not developers. You can get tasks any time of a day based on client’s working hours.
