Overall good work/life balance possible, in spite of long hours required at times. Generally good office with hard working and friendly colleagues. VP of my section had a broad vision for the future/expansion. RRSP programme, good health and dental. Possibility to purchase shares.

Little possibility for advancement, lack of development (training) possibilities.
