Thank you for your feedback. We have recently restructured our Sales Management team and moved new managers into our Regional Manager program. Additionally, we are currently working to improve the MIT training program and performance review process. Our culture has always been one that promotes-from-within and we want to make sure that how we promote (and who we promote) is transparent. Individuals who can drive performance and have well developed core competencies will continue to grow in our organization.
