Somewhat good benefits, but HQ cut it off. CFO only spends the benefits on himself and his team. He won't allow others to fully use the benefits such as *team bonding*.

Awful CFO who abuses his power and harasses employees. Korean based company, hence the Korean culture, yet white people taking over the management and firing Korean employees and bringing in their own people. They do NOT give people a chance to prove themselves. They rather spend money and have outside agencies do the work than giving an internal employee a chance to do their job properly. Management always lies. Recent Change of CEO ***MAJOR RED FLAG*** The company isn't doing well. Stay away, or you'll get laid off 3 months into your work! LOL Be prepared to face harassement from management!

It has strong potential to grow in the industry because of its unique format and clear market differentiation. With the right strategy, continued investment, and strong execution, this format could become more widely recognized and create new opportunities for long-term growth.

There are not many highly capable people in the company. A few strong contributors are carrying most of the work and keeping the company running, at least on the surface. One employee seems to care more about his own comfort than the company’s growth. He engages in office politics, talks behind others’ backs, and creates unnecessary negativity. I am not sure whether the executive members are unaware of this behavior or simply unable to recognize how harmful it is. Even though this is a technology-based company, many people do not fully value the importance of technology and operational systems. The focus is often placed more on content and customer relationships, which is understandable to some extent. However, technology and efficient internal systems should be treated as key drivers of growth, not secondary concerns. When properly developed and utilized, strong systems can improve operational efficiency, create new profit opportunities, reduce unnecessary workload, and improve the overall quality of the work environment. Ignoring this only limits the company’s potential.
