There are not many highly capable people in the company. A few strong contributors are carrying most of the work and keeping the company running, at least on the surface.
One employee seems to care more about his own comfort than the company’s growth. He engages in office politics, talks behind others’ backs, and creates unnecessary negativity. I am not sure whether the executive members are unaware of this behavior or simply unable to recognize how harmful it is.
Even though this is a technology-based company, many people do not fully value the importance of technology and operational systems. The focus is often placed more on content and customer relationships, which is understandable to some extent. However, technology and efficient internal systems should be treated as key drivers of growth, not secondary concerns.
When properly developed and utilized, strong systems can improve operational efficiency, create new profit opportunities, reduce unnecessary workload, and improve the overall quality of the work environment. Ignoring this only limits the company’s potential.
