Thank you for providing honest feedback. We will make sure to communicate with all of our office managers as there are several Departments in the office area. With respect to the way you felt about people working at CL&D and the condescending communication manner, we certainly do not support that type of environment and work hard on our culture everyday as part of our core values. Majority of CL&D employees, when asked for their opinion through Employee Survey, complement and praise how much they like people working at CL&D, and their various teammates. Our Management Team is highly qualified and educated but always looking for improvement, and continuously going through training and enrichment programs as part of their annual development goals.
