Remote job with low pay and stressful environment - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso CLC

The job was very stressful. I worked there for almost 3 years. My pay started at $17 and ended at $18.20. No opportunity for advancement. The supervisors and managers weren't helpful with the workload but micromanage the CSR's the whole shift. This is not a company you can be at long term. All of the higher ups have worked there for over 15 years and are close friends. None of them are leaving until they retire.
