8 hours standing. Immediate changes to technology and security procedures. Majority of customers are frustrates because it is not faster than other security lanes or because of I.D check which are the benefits of being a clear member.

I've had a very positive experience here, largely because of the people. I genuinely enjoy working with my manager and team—they're supportive, collaborative, and incredibly talented. There's a high degree of autonomy and trust, I'm empowered to make decisions, take ownership of my work, and have a real impact on the business. CLEAR moves quickly, which creates opportunities to tackle challenges and see ideas come to life. While there are always complex problems to solve, I've consistently felt like I have the resources, support, and cross-functional partnership needed to be successful. I've also really valued the in-office culture. Being together in person has helped me build relationships across teams that likely wouldn't have developed in a fully remote environment.
