Low pressure and friendly environment

Boring job and low pay

Stable, casual environment with very few OT. Pay is okay. Most colleagues are rather supportive.

Challenging in dealing with "old seafood" every day. Old fashioned management with self-centered mindset. Had to handle all the clashes with colleagues on one's own.
