Quantity over Quality, no room for individual thinkers - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso CME Group

After the last couple reorgs the company has basically turned into "do as I say". Opinions, individual thoughts, and alternative solutions are no longer welcome at CME. It's a shame a company that promoted and thrived on innovation has completely thrown that out the window. Every single person I know fears for their job. It's not a healthy place to work.
