C-suite employees that don't understand the mechanics of the firearms (RDB). - Projects would be top priority one week, and then shelved for 2 months, before being berated for not working on said project and have the process restart. - Projects were limited to what the owners wanted not what would sell. - Communication with marketing was a joke and took several weeks to get a (ultimately overpriced) MSRP for a project.
