For starters, they just don't have the breadth of knowledge or general awareness to know that such websites exist. Read on to find more reasons why you could do better than this workplace. For a young, somewhat idealistic lecturer, the most disappointing aspect of my stint was the intellectual shallowness and lethargy around me. When I heard recruiters say that the vast majority of Indian graduates were unemployable, I could only think about my fellow colleagues. It was no surprise to see students failing to get the education or jobs that they deserved. To be fair, my fellow lecturers were all nice people with whom I had lunch most days of the week. But barring a few, most didn't have the passion or knowledge needed in this profession. In some cases, some of the lecturers happened to be mediocre students studying in the same college a few months ago. The Faculty Development Program does little beyond being an impressive abbreviation. So why is it like this? Well, if you are gonna pay peanuts, you should know whom to expect in your interviews. Reportedly, the ones who get paid well are those who haven't set stepped inside a classroom. Secondly, it is made worse by sycophantic administrators who withhhold benefits employees deserve (maternity leave, for example). And since none of these are secrets, attrition is high and most employees quit within a year and move to other colleges. Finally, a lot of good things about CMR University happens to be reflected glory off CMRIT, a college with a longer history and more things to brag about.

Kick started my career path in the corporate world at Cerner as a System Engineer few months ago, with the support of CMR University. Extremely Overwhelmed, sincere thanks to all my professors for their immense support even during the pandemic times. Also would thank the placement department for their immense support in boosting me during these times. I would also wish to convey my heartfelt Gratitude to my CMR University institution for giving me this way to gain more knowledge ahead in professional life.
