      For the coordinator position you have to bug other departments if they need help with their everyday tasks and when there is no work you're stuck at your desk going on the Internet. When there is work its very tedious and very high school level. as a recent graduate in engineering it is very hard to get that kind of position even if you have experience they are very biased so basically impossible to get an engineering position unless they really like you. Very corporate, very bureaucratic, very boring company! Headquarters Montreal downtown.

      Pays decently well for first job out of college. My manager and team are very reasonable with expectations placed on new hires. Working after office hours (past 4:30pm) is extremely rare and only expected in emergencies.

      Svantaggi

      Very slow and/or limited job growth potential. Promotions into middle management are almost purely based on reputation with middle managers who are largely people with previous field experience. This is very disadvantageous to direct-from-college hires like myself and even my current manager.
