Great pay, assigned off days on extra board. Five on two off one week six on one off next week.

Constant fear of being pulled out of service for minor infractions, whether you're a new hire or an old head. Too strict of a layoff policy, can only lay off three days in a twelve week period. Doctors excuses are not accepted. Any day of being marked off is counted as an unexcused absence. Stressful place to work. Quality of life poor.
