CNA pays really well. There are a few really great people there.

While there are a few really great people there, they are hard to find. Most employees are concerned about their titles. It's a lot of people that have the title AVP and VP. They think they are really important too. Promotions are not so much about what you know but who likes you. The HR department uses outdated systems. You find very few people of color in leadership positions. HR Policy needs an entire overhaul. Employee Relations can't even tell you why many of the policies are in place. This place does not like happy or friendly people. Learning and Development department is an absolute joke because good training is rare.
