Insurance is hard to sell because rates are too expensive and coverage is too low. Commercial is misleading Sales and customer service is a combined job Customer service concerns over power sales opportunities Cold calling Mostly voicemails can dial for 8 hours straight and may only get 2 people to answer the phone out of 20 dials. Highest policy for 1 unit is $2000 for 50 year old woman. Goes down from there.
