Data Analyst - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso CNP Santander Insurance Services

Very basic to non existent tech stack (excel only), no database access (request report though a team based in Spain), plenty of data but not a data driven company - i suspect as they are very profitable (insurance...) they don't feel the need to expand their horizons, and to reiterate - too much manual excel work. Very little communication from management, in my case at least. Oh and really poor on diversity, almost shocking.
