We are proud to have team members who have been at Contentserv for many years, including those on the sales team that have risen through the ranks internally. A BDR role is not easy; we understand your frustration. We agree that PIM is a fairly mature market, and luckily, it is only one facet of Contentserv's technology capabilities. We are confident in our direction, and so are our investors who have backed us.

Working at Contentserv means that you will be working with some of the most dedicated people in the field of product information management and master data management. The talent and experience of the team at Contentserv forced me to become much better and changed the way I approach tasks large and small. Other benefits include: - Total autonomy - Belief in doing what's "right" for yourself, for the company, for the customer - Super cool software - Opportunities to work with some of the coolest brands out there If you are experienced and entrepreneurial then Contentserv gives you the tools to prove to yourself that you have what it takes to really shine in your field.

This list is much shorter, but I would mention: - Occasional "all hands" calls set at times that are crippling if you live in the US (3-5 am depending on time zone) - US benefits could be a lot better - Lack of clear internal communications (you almost never know when people join or leave, which causes people to speculate/gossip) and a defined RACI chart so you know who to ask for what I would add however that changes are coming and that despite these factors I have not lowered my overall score of Contentserv due to what I view as the overwhelming positives above.
