Growing pains associated w/small growing company - I'd view this as an opportunity not a negative

CONTI is very focused on its goals for growth, and it's exciting to see how quickly the company is expanding - not only in terms of new employees, but in the scope of what the company can accomplish. The CEO is extremely motivated and means what he says. CONTI management ensures that each individual employee knows what their benchmarks are, keeping everyone rowing in the same direction. It's nice to have such clear-cut accountability and organization. The people who work here are friendly, hard-working and willing to help.

As quickly as the company is hiring qualified people, they need more employees. There is so much work to be done, and the goals are very fast-paced.
