They haven't gone bankrupt, yet. Paychecks aren't bouncing, yet.

Pay has been frozen for a year. No performance reviews are being given. No work/life balance. They coerce drivers to break HOS rules and don't want to listen to our concerns. It's "do it or work somewhere else." Schedule is all over the place; one day you'll start at 1am, or 8am the next.
