The culture is built on trust rather than micromanagement, which makes it easy to stay motivated and take ownership of your work. I’ve also made close friendships with teammates who are like-minded, driven, and genuinely fun to collaborate with. It’s a place where creativity is valued and your voice is heard, which feels a bit rare in my experience. There’s also been noticeable growth within the company, and over the past few years, management has only gotten better about listening to feedback and doing what’s right by employees. That effort really shows in the culture and day-to-day. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and a place where I feel like the work matters and the people do too.
