The wider teams are amazing, and the people I worked with day to day were passionate about the brand and want the company to grow and be successful.

Since the change in senior leadership, the company culture massively changed. The team went from pretty flexible working across the company to basically full time in the office. There was a massive shift in culture with the change over in management and left due to this. Limited career progression, just expected to take on more ownership without any extra pay or title. The pay is aligned to high street brands across store and head office, if not lower and not aligned to premium/luxury brands unless you're senior leadership. Store teams are incredibly understaffed, the expectation to give Gucci, Chanel etc levels of customer experience but needing to sell hundreds of garments while only having 2/3 people on the shop floor is unrealistic.
