A salary is provide but you have to pay for half of your leads, half the cost of give aways for events or all and you pay for gas, miles on your car and have to take the pictures of the houses you list. Price increases on auto and home owners insurance in Illinois so not always competitive. Good job for recent college graduate until they find another career.
