COhatch is a mission driven company with Team Members who care to make a difference in the community and build relationships with their team members.

As a growing company, it's natural to experience growing pains as they work to keep up with the growth.

The members are fantastic and care about you. It’s a good entry level job and teaches you a lot. That is overshadowed by being overworked and underpaid.

Everything else. Management is awful, ownership is so full of himself - his way or the highway, buildings are falling apart with no money to fix them, consistent layoffs of great people, and so much more. It’s clear the company is going down. The owner only cares about the Columbus, OH market and it’s evident by how other markets are treated. Truly one of the worst work experiences. An unbelievable amount of favoritism, drama, and toxic leadership. It’s clear people in leadership are people that will not argue with the owner and he knows he can manipulate.
