The people! I love the people I work with and my work, life balance.

When opening new locations, we have unexpected delays which can be frustrating at times but that just part of it.

The members are fantastic and care about you. It’s a good entry level job and teaches you a lot. That is overshadowed by being overworked and underpaid.

Everything else. Management is awful, ownership is so full of himself - his way or the highway, buildings are falling apart with no money to fix them, consistent layoffs of great people, and so much more. It’s clear the company is going down. The owner only cares about the Columbus, OH market and it’s evident by how other markets are treated. Truly one of the worst work experiences. An unbelievable amount of favoritism, drama, and toxic leadership. It’s clear people in leadership are people that will not argue with the owner and he knows he can manipulate.
