This review is about ALL THREE COMPANIES. - Salary payments are often delayed with little to no communication or accountability. The management will come up with excuses such as your name being “selected for audit” to justify the delay. - Management lacks transparency and professionalism — there is poor communication, unclear direction, and frequent last-minute changes. - The work environment is highly unstable; employees can be terminated abruptly without notice or discussion. - Expectations are often unrealistic, and there is no proper guidance or structure. - Morale among staff tends to be low due to inconsistent management behavior and uncertainty about job security.
