super lowball pay for market, very political, if your not in their Illuminati secret club then you wont be promoted. yearly reviews are made to keep you down in salary and less money they can give the better they are. you can meet your goals and exceed but doesn't matter they can only give 1 person the money not everyone who exceeds. Revolving door organization. be prepared to grind and work a lot of OT. Process improvements can be offered but they don't care. you can qualify for various positions but they will consult their illuminati organization first before giving you the chance. I saw so many great workers and employees with excellent knowledge and leadership skills, to be bypassed and choose a manager that knows nothing and offers nothing. no culture just get overworked and deal with it. they are stuck in their old ways. no change is what they want. its too much work to innovate and to invest into advanced software / hardware.
