Rookie, inexperienced management. No clear direction on how to expand and sustain business operations. Unnecessarily long recruitment process meant for the company to have a steady pipeline of "to-be" consultants at hand without paying them a salary. Contract contents may not reflect discussed job conditions (be careful with what you sign). Absolutely no predisposition to listen and learn from senior technical engineers. Completely nonexistent technical infrastructure : no equipment, servers or IT expertise. As soon as you are allocated to a customer, career development prospects disappear.
