Horrible Company - Recensione dipendente - Direct Support Professional (DSP) presso CRF First Choice

I get a chance to help people which is my deepest passion. It's a part-time position and I have flexible hours.. I enjoy working with her customers. I get a deep satisfaction from making things happen for them..

The downside I need a full time position because I enjoy working. I am accustom to .working 40 hours + a week and working two jobs. So I miss having my day planned out.

This company allows you to wear whatever you want. Matter of fact, most employees dress in their pajamas.

This company puts its employees in dangerous situations with clients that are verbally and physically violent. They fired me because I did not want to work with an aggressive male that was sexually harassing, verbally abusing me, and had caused physical harm to previous women employees before. His violent behavior is well documented, and they still continue to put women employees in harms way. I was required to go into this violent person's apartment alone at night. This is a company that needs major overhaul in proper practices for the safety of their employees. No one on staff from what I could tell had a professional demeanor or training.
