      They are all pretty good about us doing what we want most of the time, but managers gotta hear when we have complaints. They gotta know when something is happening that they don;t like, even though they don't wnat to hear it. crscr is a good place, but when something goes wrong, we all have to believe it is true

      Manger can see what is happening and they don't do anything to fix that stuff. They know we know, but they don't fix it. when they should

      The work life balance is pretty good. My dog Sandy and me kind of share an office, and in the summer you can wear flip flops and they have shorter Fridays

      They have to listen more to programmers and not marketers. They gotta hear us when they ask us for our input. It's not fair to ask someone their opinion and then jsut dismiss it like it doen't matter.
