Vantaggi

There are some great people working here who are willing to walk you through problems and help you with issues. If you have good Senior Management in your department you will be recognized for your accomplishments. There is a 50% 401K match and the benefits are pricier than other companies but decent.

Svantaggi

Structural changes are being implemented without any thought to the employees they affect. Outsourcing is increasing and people are overwhelmed with work which is detrimental to the camaraderie that was evident a few years ago. More communication is sent regarding social opportunities within the company than training and career opportunities. Unless you are willing to stay in one position, there is not much training and career planning available.

Vantaggi

Instability in leadership over the past 4 years caused the company to lose focus. The new leadership group combined with Marsh leadership, has now identified a path for STARS. There is excitement, and a renewed focus on the product. If the company can stay focused, happy days could be ahead at STARS. - Excellent Benefits as part of Marsh - Flexible Schedule with WFH options - Penny pinching days seem to be behind over - Renewed focus on customers - Great People, very dedicated

Svantaggi

- Extremely Conservative Mother Ship (Marsh) - Dreadful Office space and configuration (Chicago, Atlanta & Amarillo) - Tied to Marsh IT policies and hardware - No defined Career ladder (been working on it for years) - Compensation not in-line with industry standards (keep hearing how things are changing) - No HR presence. Constant turnover in HR, does speak well for the organization. There are obviously some underlying issues here.
