Great snacks, the breakroom is always stocked. Good PTO policy, Management is great at accommodating appointments and schedules, especially if you're a parent. Great team, amazing people to work with, management is actively engaged with the team and wants everyone to succeed. Management is also great at encouraging employees to disconnect when they're OOO. My work-life balance is much better here than it has been at past jobs. I'm happy with my compensation and the bonuses I've received. The 401K match is also nice. The company encourages and actively invests in your development, there's always something new to learn and ways to grow. The IT department is super responsive and fixes my problems quickly.

Would be nice to be on a hybrid schedule.

There is no shortage of learning here, and the leadership team expects the highest level of performance from all the representatives on the team. Company culture and moral are also great and I come into work excited for what the day brings.

CSA really promotes a good work life balance with a generous PTO policy. When management asks for your opinion I feel like they really want to hear what I have to say as an employee. Supportive team culture as well as my manager steps in to help out wherever needed. The snacks are also a nice perk! I feel like the company is supportive when life happens and we need to pick up a sick child from school. The company offers ongoing training and has a great open door policy to collaborate.

The company has grown quickly and so with that there have been some growing pains but the company is aware and does their best to navigate those and take feedback from the employees.
