Toxic environment, company favors employees that do no work, walk around all day (a lot at this place) and penalize hard workers. No raises - you have to beg and beg and they ignore you, unless your one of their favorites then no problem If your ready to suck up then this is the perfect place for you, you will get everything. Customer service manager does anything but work, highly favored, picks on you and lies to management so they fire you. If you work in that department beware of her, super toxic and fake. Very high turnover, always firing and hiring. They hire "specific" people. Your always being watched, they don't trust their employees because they themselves can't be trusted. CEO is always "on something", does no work, always in and out of work unless the Owner comes in then will pretend like their working. Controller just micro manages and doesn't know how to connect with people but knows how to suck up to management. So many good people have come and gone all for stupid reasons - just be cautious!
