Senior Executives, Jim Pouliot, Bob Wilkes and Paula Downey have destroyed a once great California institution by outsourcing California jobs to conservative states OK, AZ and CO, that takes care of the Diversity value. Staged employee engagement surveys that are used as a "Mousetrap" to further destroy employee morale. There goes the integrity. Taking low paying jobs out of California and placing them in states where they can pay even lower rates works for the short term, in the long term it damages the economy of California and thus impact their Members. There goes Members First.
