They do give adequite amount of time off but the pay leaves something to be desired.The workers tend to care about the company and the customers. Most of the people within the organization tend to know their jobs and seek to perform in an coherent manner. Most of the time some of the lower management tends to care about the workers but upper management tend to not care. The atmosphere is clean and they do attempt to care for the needs of certain politically correct groups.

They need to be less concerned about the way to rope in pc type groups and cater topolitical whims. The computer systems make work very difficult and unbearable most fo the time. Frustration and moral is at a disaterously low level. Completeing your job responsibilities is at a very difficult level on the best days. Get all insurance product lines easy to find and work with by replacing these impossible systems with something that works andlinks up together. start to treat employees like you care about them.
